About Sigasi Sigasi develops a design and verification tool for designing digital chips. Our software helps hardware engineers, and the agents they direct, create VHDL, Verilog, and SystemVerilog code faster and error-free, understand it better, integrate it into large designs, and arrive at implementable designs. Our customers work in high-tech sectors such as semiconductors, aerospace, quantum, defense, robotics, medtech, and telecom. In addition to direct sales, we work with distributors and partners in countries including India, Japan, and South Korea. Sigasi is growing, and the rise of AI gives that growth an extra push: hardware engineers and their AI agents both need reliable analysis and deep insight into their designs. That is why we are adding a Product Manager to our team who will turn these opportunities into a sharp product strategy and further growth. The role We are looking for a Product Manager who bridges the market and Engineering and sets the direction for what we build and why. You bring together customer and prospect needs, market insight, and technical possibilities, and translate them into a clear product strategy, product decisions, and priorities. You report directly to the CEO. Your responsibilities
• You talk to customers and prospects to understand their workflows, challenges, and needs, and complete that picture with insights from your colleagues in Engineering, Innovation, Marketing, and Sales.
• You look beyond a specific feature request and search for the underlying problem.
• You translate market insight into a clear product strategy, roadmap, commercial product specifications, and priorities. You steer the management and prioritization of the backlog based on these product decisions.
• You make decisions based on customer value, strategic relevance, technical feasibility, and the contribution to the product's success in the market.
• You work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing and make sure their activities stay aligned with the product priorities.
• You follow developments in EDA, semiconductors, FPGA, and AI.
• You define the scope of releases based on the product roadmap and the backlog. After a release, you check whether new functionality delivers the intended value.

Your profile
You listen to the customer, you are analytical and customer-focused, and at the same time you dare to make choices. You carry those choices through diplomatically, in close consultation with your colleagues and with attention to how they fit into the product strategy.
• You bring experience in product management from a technology company or sector.
• With your technical insight, you can hold a conversation with semiconductor hardware designers, software engineers, project leaders, and their CAD managers.
• You have experience with customer discovery and the value proposition canvas, and with translating customer needs and the workflow of HDL designers into product priorities. You also have experience fostering a customer
- and market-oriented company culture.
• Strategic thinking is combined with a pragmatic approach. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and a strong focus on results. You make the call on product vision and strategy, and on how the product should work in the hands of customers (and agents), without getting caught up in the fine details of the UI.
• Strong interpersonal skills. Good communication is the most important requirement of this role, together with leadership. You listen well to customers, development, sales, and support, understand different points of view, and actively seek consensus. When consensus does not come, you dare to make a well-founded choice and communicate it diplomatically, including to people who would have preferred a different direction.
• You ask questions before you draw conclusions. You listen to customers without automatically following every customer request. You can back up your decisions, are open to discussion, and know how to say no when something does not fit the product strategy.
• A strong sense of ownership and an excellent command of English. You take initiative on your own, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoy working in a strategically driven, fast-growing company.
• Willingness to travel internationally and to make the most of those trips by combining things creatively.
• Hands-on experience with VHDL and SystemVerilog, and experience with EDA, FPGA, semiconductors, embedded systems, and developer tools or IDEs.

What we offer
• For employees, a competitive compensation package with a benchmarked salary, a mobility budget including the option of a lease car, group and hospitalization insurance, meal vouchers, paid leave, and ADV days (extra days off under Belgian working-time reduction). We are also open to working with you as a freelancer, with competitive compensation and terms tailored to that form of collaboration.
• A key role in a challenging high-tech company.
• Decisive influence on product strategy and the roadmap, and with that on the results of the company.
• Direct collaboration with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and the market itself.
• The opportunity to help shape the Product Management process at Sigasi.
• An international environment with Fortune Global 500 customers in technologically demanding sectors.
• A varied job with international meetings, flexible hours, and the option to work hybrid.
