Brussels, Belgium Security Clearance NATO Cosmic Top Secret Deadline For Application 1 5/ 10 /2026 Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required
• H ave at least 3 years’ experience in Wide Area Network (WAN) communications, router/switched based networks and routing protocols, with specific expertise on Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunking , creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting;
• B e able to lead the preparation and maintenance of documentation, of a technical nature (e.g. configuration guides, diagrams, training preparations, requests for change);
• P ossess level V (Advanced) of the English langu age . Desirable:
• E xperience in the design and implementation of Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM) clusters and the use of logical grouping (e.g. partitions) in this context;
• E xperience in security certification and accreditation for classified CIS within NATO and Multinational programmes ;
• F ield experience and knowledge related to Session Border Controllers (SBC) Cisco expressways . Duties/role:
• Providing 3rd level support for complex technical resolutions in the area of Voice, Video and Teleconferencing IP related services and associated components ;
• Providing support to the design of projects ;
