Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience. Certification : ISTQB certification is an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 6 years of experience in Software Testing, with strong hands-on experience in Mobile Test Automation. Strong hands-on experience with Appium for Android and iOS mobile automation. Experience automating complete end-to-end mobile user journeys across native and embedded/hybrid interfaces. Strong knowledge of Java and Selenium for test automation. Hands-on experience with Cucumber and Gherkin and BDD practices. Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining reusable and scalable automation frameworks. Experience working with real devices, emulators, and simulators, including device setup, element inspection, and troubleshooting. Experience with Perfecto or an equivalent enterprise mobile device testing platform. Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and analysing test execution results. Good knowledge of tools such as: Git, Maven, Jenkins, TestNG or equivalent test runners Experience analysing logs, screenshots, and execution evidence to identify and document defects. Strong understanding of software testing standards, test design principles, and defect analysis. Experience working effectively in an Agile environment, collaborating with testers, developers, analysts, and product stakeholders. Experience testing Flutter modules or SDK-provided screens embedded in native mobile applications is a strong advantage. Experience with UI Automator, Espresso, or XCUI Test is preferable. Experience with API validation, mocking/stubbing, automated reporting, and mobile test stability is an advantage.
