For a complex enterprise environment, we are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Requirements & Solution Analyst. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business needs and IT Infrastructure teams. You will analyze complex infrastructure requests, challenge requirements, identify risks and dependencies, and help define the most suitable solution approach before implementation starts. Responsibilities
• Analyze and clarify complex IT Infrastructure requests involving multiple infrastructure domains.
• Gather requirements and translate them into clear, structured solution proposals.
• Identify risks, constraints, dependencies, and operational impacts.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams such as Windows, Linux, IAM, Application Management, and Database teams.
• Evaluate solution options and ensure alignment with IT standards and security guidelines.
• Prepare decision-making documents, including recommendations, costs, and impact assessments.
• Provide architectural input and support infrastructure governance processes. Requirements
• Proven senior experience in IT Infrastructure within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of server-related technologies, including Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, IAM, databases, virtualization, storage, application deployment, containers, and security.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, solution assessment, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to understand technical discussions across multiple infrastructure domains.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French (one of both at native level). German is a plus. Profile
• Analytical and solution-oriented professional with a broad infrastructure background.
• Strong communicator who can interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to challenge assumptions and translate complex requests into actionable solutions.
• Comfortable working at a conceptual and architectural level rather than in a hands-on operational role.
• Proactive, accountable, customer-focused, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. What do
