• Analyze client business processes through workshops and interviews, identifying how they can best be aligned with Odoo.
• Provide clear, creative, and structured advice on process optimization, system configuration, and potential improvements.
• Translate business needs into functional documentation for our development team—technical manuals don’t intimidate you.
• Validate and test the Odoo environment to ensure it meets client expectations.
• Train key users, create documentation, and support clients in adopting their new systems.
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and fellow consultants—because the best solutions come from strong teamwork. Who are we looking for?
• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and a strong analytical mindset.
• You are entrepreneurial, proactive, and confident in decision-making.
• You enjoy working with people and have strong communication skills.
• You’re not afraid of complexity and love solving business challenges.
• You have a strong client-focused mindset and can translate needs into clear solutions.
• You thrive in a team-driven environment where collaboration is key. Bonus points if you:
• Have experience with ERP implementations, business process optimization, or functional consultancy.
• Have a consulting background and are used to working with various stakeholders.
