Brussels, Belgium (3 days remote / 2 days onsite) Start Date: 14 December Duration: Until 31 December 2028 Rate: €500-600 per day We are seeking an experienced SAP Training Coordinator to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing training activities, ensuring business users are fully prepared for the rollout of new SAP systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate end-user training across the SAP programme
• Manage training schedules, attendance tracking, and logistics
• Liaise with business stakeholders, project teams, and training providers
• Maintain and distribute training materials and communications
• Monitor training completion and provide progress reporting
• Support user readiness and adoption activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate virtual, classroom, and hybrid training sessions Essential Experience
• Previous experience as an SAP Training Coordinator, Training Lead, or similar role
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills
• Experience coordinating training delivery for large user populations
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams within a complex project environment Desirable Experience
