Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Retail Team and shops
Monitor and coordinate operational procedures for new store openings and renovations
Act between various departments and retail locations to resolve daily operational issues promptly
Maintain accurate records and reports related to retail operations
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency Candidate Profile
Diploma holder or above.
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in retail operations support
Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, responsible, and able to thrive under pressure
Excellent communication skills in Cantonese; proficiency in English/Mandarin is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing, Canva is a plus
Candidates with less experience will be considered for a Junior position.
