About (re)space Cities evolve and so do the ways we live, work, and gather. Yet too many remarkable places stay empty or underused. At (re)space, we bring them back to life. We turn vacant and underused property into vibrant places to work, cowork, meet and gather — building bridges between owners, public authorities, creatives, and communities, and breathing new energy into our neighbourhoods. Behind every space, our teams: Offices, Events, Design & Build, Food Experience, Owner Services, and Business Development, make it happen. As a company of Profirst Group, we combine the agility of a young, fast-growing business with the solidity of an established group. Mission Make sure all (re)space buildings are properly activated, equipped and run smoothly day-to-day, and that furniture, equipment and materials move efficiently between sites. Combine hands-on execution on the ground with the structure needed to keep quality consistent across locations. Main Responsibilities Site operations and facilities
• Handle hands-on fixes and small interventions on site without systematically calling on external providers.
• Be the first point of contact for IT and wifi issues across locations, coordinating with IT providers.
• Back up site teams when needed: room reconfigurations, deliveries, event setup.
• Work hand in hand with Front of House: they receive deliveries and log on-site issues, you move, store and fix.
• Organise regular site rounds and make sure open issues are followed through, with simple tracking of issues, interventions, stock and actions, shared with Front of House.
• Coordinate technical, maintenance and cleaning partners, and follow topics impacting building performance and costs (heating, equipment, installations).
• Be the operational link between Operations, Design & Build and external technical partners.
• Anticipate issues rather than working only in reaction mode, and over time coordinate interns / operational support for recurring checks and tasks. Logistics and openings
• Plan and execute furniture and equipment transfers between sites, openings and closures, with external partners when needed.
• Manage stock, storage and inventory across locations.
• Prepare and support the operational activation of every new building, together with Front of House: checklists, suppliers, setup and installation on the ground. Profile
• Very operational, structured and reliable, strong on process, follow-up and checklists.
• Handy and resourceful: able to fix, assemble and install things yourself.
• Highly organised in logistics: planning, stock, moves, timing.
• Very dynamic personality, hands-on, comfortable being on site and with physical work.
• Strong practical understanding of buildings / facilities, able to challenge technical providers without needing to be an engineer.
• Curious about technology and new solutions.
• Experience in facilities, logistics, property management, building operations, hospitality or another demanding multi-site environment.
• Able to combine project / activation mode with disciplined day-to-day management.
• Valid driving licence (B). Organisation & Reporting Primary home: Operations, working closely with the Event & Operations Director and the COO, and with Design & Build / technical partners when needed. Priorities across sites, openings and transfers are set with the Event & Operations Director. Timing Apply before Novembre 15th 2026. Applications will be considered on a rolling basis. Recruitment in time for a smooth transition and full deployment in 2027.
