It’s not just a job, it’s a lifestyle Join us now to create a life full of greatness together Responsibilities Assist to review and approve marketing materials and provide necessary recommendations Assist to establish compliance monitoring program on the Company’s various activities, products and workflows to ensure the compliance with internal policies, applicable laws and regulations Prepare and review policies and procedures to address the relevant legislation and regulation changes Prepare materials for in-house staff training on relevant compliance topics Prepare the monthly compliance reports Assist to conduct on-site compliance checking on local branches and other departments Requirements University degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, Law or related disciplines 2-3 years of compliance or relevant experience gained from financial institution Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in banking / consumer finance industry is an advantage Proficient in MS Office Applications and Chinese word processing Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese Candidate with less experience will be considered as Compliance Officer University fresh graduate of legal studies will be considered This is a very rewarding and exciting opportunity.
