• Lead improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, 5S and structured problem-solving techniques.
• Map and assess existing processes to identify bottlenecks, waste and performance gaps.
• Facilitate improvement workshops and support teams in adopting new ways of working.
• Use operational data and KPIs to measure performance, prioritize actions and track results.
• Support the introduction of digital tools, automation and other solutions that enhance operational performance. What we expect from you:
• Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Engineering or a related field.
• Professional experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, process optimization or a comparable consulting environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work confidently with operational data.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
