Key Responsibilities
• Manage budgets, valuations and cost reporting.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement and accounts.
• Assess variations, claims and commercial risks.
• Prepare forecasts and final accounts.
• Provide commercial support to project teams. What We’re Looking For
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in engineering, data centres, MEP-heavy or large-scale construction projects
• Strong commercial, contractual and negotiation skills.
• Experience with cost control, variations and subcontractor management.
• Knowledge of NEC or FIDIC contracts is an advantage. Why Join Us?
