As an Accounting Supervisor, you are responsible for maintaining the general ledger and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting team (customer and vendor invoicing). You ensure the reliability, accuracy, and compliance of accounting information. Responsibilities You will lead, develop, and support the accounting team to ensure its performance, commitment, and the achievement of the department’s objectives. You will oversee and participate in data entry for general and cost accounting. You will manage general accounting and related controls and ensure the quality, accuracy, and compliance of all transactions. You ensure that general and cost accounting are properly maintained and that all legal, tax, and regulatory requirements are met. You perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in accordance with applicable deadlines and standards. You ensure the accuracy of tax returns and the correct application of accounting and tax principles. You identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement and implement the necessary actions to optimize accounting processes. You contribute to the preparation of internal and external audits and ensure rigorous follow-up on recommendations. You participate in the development of financial tools and the continuous improvement of processes, particularly through the use of the ERP system. Profile You hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, management, or have equivalent experience You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in general accounting You have team management experience You have experience with accounting software or an ERP system (Odoo is a plus) You are fluent in English. You have a strategic vision and demonstrate leadership and assertiveness You are organized, analytical, and able to prioritize effectively You take initiative and make decisions, and you have excellent written and oral communication skills.
