Key Duties Support internal communication initiatives to enhance employee engagement and company culture. Assist in the production of staff magazines and other communication materials. Organise employee engagement activities, wellness programmes, sports events and recognition initiatives. Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to support continuous improvement of employee experience. Coordinate campus recruitment activities, career fairs and employer branding initiatives. Support the recruitment, onboarding and development arrangements for Trainees’ programmes, interns and other early career talents. Monitor trainee progress and support development and engagement programmes. Coordinate management-staff meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking and secretarial support. Perform other duties as assigned to support People & Culture objectives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration or related disciplines. 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR, recruitment, employee engagement, communications or talent development. Experience in campus recruitment, trainee programmes or HR business partnering is an advantage. Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels. Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
