Company Overview We are an IT company working across various sectors, including reproductive healthcare, diagnostic centers, and real estate agencies. We’re looking for a talented Full Stack Developer (MERN) to join our in-house team. This is a full-time role, and while we prefer candidates to work onsite, remote options may be available depending on your interview and the requirements of the role.

Position Overview As a Senior Full Stack Developer (MERN), you will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to development, testing, and launching applications. We are looking for someone with a strong technical background who can work independently and bring innovative ideas to life. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause while working with a supportive and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, test, and launch web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Leverage Node.js to build scalable, high-performance server-side applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to ensure high-quality performance. Maintain and improve existing applications to ensure scalability and functionality. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our tech stack. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers (if applicable). Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in Full Stack Development, specifically with the MERN stack. Deep expertise in Node.js for developing server-side applications and APIs. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, React Native, and MongoDB. Experience with RESTful APIs, database architecture, and cloud services. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
