We're on the lookout for a Studio Manager to help us keep the chaos organised and the vision sharp. What You’ll Do Support outreach, marketing, and operations behind the scenes Manage emails, calendars, documents, and socials with precision Write clear, on-brand comms (and maybe charm a client or two on the phone) Keep our studio engine running — and running well You’ll Need Working knowledge of Google Drive, Canva, Trello, Instagram, Gmail Confident written English and email etiquette Understanding of audio post roles and industry lingo Phone confidence and a good ear for tone and clarity Initiative, independence, and a weirdly strong love for folders You’ll be a key part of the 344 family — not just ticking boxes, but helping us evolve how we work.
