Service Engineer 4-stroke

Do you have a passion for marine engines and solving technical challenges on site? We are looking for a hands-on and driven Field Service Engineer 4-stroke to strengthen our team in Antwerpen In this role, you’ll perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair work on advanced 4-stroke marine engines – making a direct impact on the performance of our clients’ vessels and the success of our global service team. Your Role To carry out maintenance and repair activities. Lead other service technicians to carry out maintenances commisioning, performance tests & root cause analysis. To carry out all kinds of maintenance, planned, unplanned, preventive, troubleshooting. Assist in preventive vibration measurement and analysis and preventive maintenance on the basis of this analysis. Implementation of tasks as part of the maintenance of 4-stroke engines. Installation, implementation and troubleshooting of field services. Completes individual tasks and sub packages. Delivering operational support in all stages of a project. Practicing the HSE standards in maintenance Identifying the spare parts requirements for maintenance activities. Analyzing of the maintenance data and suggestion for improvement. Your Qualifications Experienced Marine Engineer or Field Service Technician with over 3 years of maintenance expertise. Knowledge of electronic and pneumatic systems. Demonstrating ability to work independently as well as in a team. Comfortable working under time pressure with excellent technical and commercial skills. Willing and able to travel frequently and at short notice in Europe (possessing a valid driver's license and passport). You have a good command of the English language (spoken and written). You are able to travel often and at short notice in Europe (valid driver's license + EU passport); You are living in the Antwerpen region and in possession of your own transport.
