AI & Data Transformation Internship

About the role
Are you passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, and solving complex business challenges? The AIDA (Artificial Intelligence & Digital Acceleration) Practice at Akkodis is looking for two motivated interns to support our growing activities in AI, Data, Analytics, and Digital Consulting. You will work alongside experienced consultants on real-world projects, helping organizations transform their operations through data, automation, business intelligence, and AI-driven innovation. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in consulting while developing both technical and business skills. We are looking for interns available for a minimum of 5 months, with longer internship durations being strongly preferred. The responsibilities
• Support AI, Data, and Digital Transformation initiatives
• Analyze business problems and structure complex challenges
• Build reports, dashboards, and analytical insights using tools such as Excel and Power BI
• Explore opportunities for automation and process optimization
• Leverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and other GenAI solutions as part of daily work
• Participate in workshops, client discussions, and internal innovation initiatives
• Contribute to business cases and value-driven recommendations
• Research emerging technologies and AI use cases across industries The requirements
• Final-year Bachelor or Master student in:
• Business Engineering
• Civil Engineering
• Management
• Data Analytics
• Computer Science
• Applied Sciences
• Or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Interest in AI, Data, Business Intelligence, and Digital Transformation
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Fluent in English and either French or Dutch Nice-to-have
• Experience with Power BI
• Knowledge of SQL and/or Python
• Experience using Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI tools
• Academic or personal projects related to data, AI, business optimization, or automation
