CL Benelux is growing, and we are looking for a motivated new profile to join our team. The position is with assignments, covering ports, terminals and warehouses across the Benelux.
Prior experience as a surveyor is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. Candidates should, however, hold a relevant technical, scientific or inspection background.
We welcome applications from:
• agricultural inspectors, agronomists, bio engineers and food technologists,
• professionals in food safety and quality control.
• industrial, mechanical, chemical and process engineers,
• maritime background, including nautical science, marine engineers. The position combines field inspections with office-based work. In addition, the successful candidate will be provided with a company car for both professional and private use. A valid driving licence and a good command of English are required, Dutch is necessary (whereas we can also look as candidate not fluent in dutch) , proficiency in French is an advantage.

structured training under the guidance of experienced surveyors, exposure to the international shipping, transport and insurance sectors, a diverse portfolio of cases and cargoes, and clear prospects for professional development towards becoming a fully qualified marine and cargo claim surveyor.
