About this vacancy
At TMC, we're looking for a new HRBP, specialized in the recruitment of top notch IT profiles. You work closely with a team of fellow HRBP's and the best business managers and directors. Next to IT recruitment, you will have the chance to work on several interesting HR related projects.
What we expect from you
- You have a master's degree
- You are interested in IT recruitment
- Experience in IT recruitment is a big plus, but not necessary
- Maximum 4 years of experience
- You are interested in HR related projects like mentorship, Young Graduate program etc.
- You are fluent in English, Dutch & French
