Join us Your Role As a Junior Logistics Process Analyst, you will support our Operations team in implementing BlooLoc solutions at customer sites. You will become an expert in logistics processes, warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and the integration possibilities of BlooLoc's real-time location technology. To be successful in this role, you must be curious about how logistics operations work in practice. Understanding the customer's processes is essential to designing and implementing solutions that create real operational value.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and understand customer logistics and warehouse processes. Support the implementation of BlooLoc solutions within logistics and supply chain operations. Become a technical expert in the integration capabilities of the BlooLoc platform. Configure and support integrations with WMS, ERP, and other logistics software systems. Assist customers and internal teams in translating operational requirements into technical solutions. Troubleshoot integration, networking, and system-related issues. Use Python and other technologies to support automation, integrations, and process improvements. Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Success, and Software Development teams. Continuously improve customer solutions and implementation methodologies.

Your Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in ICT, Computer Science, Applied Informatics, Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Strong interest in logistics, warehousing, supply chain operations, and process optimization. Eager to understand how customers run their logistics processes and how technology can improve them. Knowledge of Linux environments. Experience with Python is an asset. Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, WiFi, etc.). Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Customer-focused and capable of translating business needs into technical solutions. Team player with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
