• Languages: Fluent French, Dutch and English
Experience:
-
• Experience level: 9+ years in GRC domain and experience in NIS, NIS2, NIST and ISO policies. Responsibilities include:
• NIS2 Compliance:
• Conducting NIS2 readiness assessments, gap analysis, and helping clients implement necessary controls to meet the directive's requirements.
• GRC Frameworks:
• Developing, implementing, and enhancing GRC frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Risk Management:
• Conducting risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and developing risk mitigation strategies.
• Compliance Audits:
• Leading and supporting internal and external audits related to NIS2 and other relevant regulations.

Requirements:
• NIS2 Expertise: Proven experience with the NIS2 directive and its requirements, including implementation and compliance.
• GRC Knowledge: Strong understanding of GRC principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Cybersecurity
Experience:
Solid background in cybersecurity, including risk management, security assessments, and policy development.
• ISO 27001: Experience with ISO 27001 implementation and certification is often desirable.
• Audit
Experience:
Experience with conducting and supporting internal and external audits.
• Proficiency in French and Dutch
• Communication
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
• Soft
skills:
• Communication – Fluency in French and Dutch along with English
