Analytics & Insight Manager

Job Description
Job Summary Expected to support Businesses strategy from data insights, which to support for business to meet business objectives scorecard and better clients experience.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy
• Focus on WRB Products performance analysis, support business model evaluation of strategic initiatives. Business
• Collaboration with WRB business stakeholders and to provide data insight analytic support in setting data driven strategy and decision.
• Conduct business strategy and campaign review to identify good practices, opportunities and / or room to improve.
• Participate in Squads to give recommendations from data insight perspective.
• Creation, maintenance and monitoring of dashboards for tracking of business KPIs and effectiveness.
• Collaboration with Campaign Team on implementation of data driven strategy.
• Work with group modelling team on model development, model quality and business user’s requirement
• Provide recommendation on segmentation and model usage to drive data driven strategy. Risk Management
• Comply with the bank’s risk mgt, control standard Governance
• Appropriate controls to ensure data integrity Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
