Freelance Real Estate Agent (Relocation Services) We are seeking an experienced Freelance Real Estate Agent to support corporate clients, expatriates, and families relocating to Hong Kong. This is a commission-only, flexible schedule role ideal for professionals with strong residential leasing expertise and a client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
Source suitable residential properties, luxury apartments, and serviced residences. Conduct neighborhood orientation tours covering schools, transport, and amenities. Arrange and accompany clients on property viewings (in-person or virtual). Negotiate lease terms, including rental rates and diplomatic clauses. Manage the leasing process from offer to signed tenancy agreement. Assist with stamp duty, deposits, rent payments, and utility setup. Coordinate property handovers and provide post move-in support. Requirements Valid Hong Kong EAA Estate Agent's License (EAL) or Salesperson's License (SPL). Minimum 5 years' experience in Hong Kong residential leasing. Proven experience supporting expatriate relocations. Fluent English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin preferred. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Freelance Field Consultant (Destination & Settling-In Services) We are looking for a customer-focused Freelance Field Consultant to provide destination and settling-in support for corporate assignees and relocating families in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver neighborhood orientation tours covering transport, healthcare, schools, and local amenities. Provide practical guidance on daily life, cost of living, and community resources. Assist with HKID registration, bank account opening, driving license conversion, Octopus cards, SIM cards, and other essential setups. Support property search activities and coordinate with real estate agents. Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in hospitality, tourism, relocation, concierge, or customer-facing roles. Strong knowledge of Hong Kong geography, transportation, and local services. Fluent English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin preferred. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Empathetic, proactive, and culturally sensitive.
