S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming new Project Coordinator in our Automotive team. As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee and coordinate the various value chain activities related to partnership and vehicle transformation projects. You will serve as the primary point of contact between European teams, automotive industry partners, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency in business activities, adherence to deadlines, and the successful completion of key milestones leading up to the vehicle’s launch. Responsibilities
• Define roles, responsibilities, and collaboration procedures among teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and update the overall schedule, tracking deliverables, deadlines, and key milestones.
• Facilitate communication among various departments, customers, suppliers, and automotive partners to ensure alignment of activities.
• Organize progress meetings, anticipate delays, identify issues, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly reports for management and propose improvements to project management and coordination processes.
• Support the transition from the project phase to the operational phase after the start of production (SOP), ensuring business continuity and managing any issues that arise. Profile
• You have a Master degree in Engineering
- Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in project management, either within a project management office (PMO) or in the execution of cross-functional projects.
• You are comfortable dealing with shifting priorities, changing project plans, and multiple lines of work being carried out simultaneously.
• You enjoy working in teams and are skilled at coordinating people from different departments, companies, and levels of the organization.
• You are fluent in English. What can you except as a B.
