Do you thrive on analysing risks, driving improvements, and meticulously managing administrative processes? Then you may be the new colleague we are looking for. Your Role As a Risk, Insurance & Compliance Officer, you will play a central role within our organisation. You will be the primary point of contact for all matters related to insurance, claims handling, risk management, contract administration, real estate related files, and compliance issues. You are equally comfortable interacting with our operational and technical teams as you are engaging with local and international management. You maintain a visible presence throughout the organisation, regularly visiting operational sites and activities in the field to proactively identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement. You translate your observations into concrete actions, projects and policy proposals, and you ensure their effective implementation, follow-up and administrative completion.
