The appointee will support dormitory operations and student activities, with a focus on front-line services, residence management, and programme coordination. Responsibilities Oversee and handle student enquiries, complaints, and front-line services to ensure timely and professional support. Manage and follow up on maintenance requests, liaise with the Facilities team for repairs, and monitor the progress of facility-related matters. Oversee payment checking, billing, fee collection, and other financial administrative processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage daily residence operations, including student profiles, check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and facilities inventory control. Conceptualize, plan, organize, and execute student activities and residential life programmes, providing on-site coordination and logistical support. Conduct research, analyze student feedback, occupancy data, and other relevant information; prepare management reports to support data-driven operational improvements. Perform general administrative duties and any other duties as assigned. Requirements A recognized university bachelor’s degree or above. At least 1 year of relevant experience in student affairs, dormitory/accommodation management, administration, or social welfare organizations (experience in event coordination or front-line student services is preferred). Strong sense of responsibility, proactivity, attention to detail, and good problem-solving and organizational skills. Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English (including Putonghua). Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting; financial management experience is preferred. Experience in crisis management, student counselling, or residential education programme planning is an advantage.
