Tuen Mun Duties We are looking for an energetic and innovative professional engineer to join the Black Point Power Station of Generation Business Group. Reporting to the team leader of the Process Control and Cyber Security (PC&CS) team, the appointee will lead a professional Cyber Security (CS) team in delivering high quality engineering and project services to our generation business. Major Duties include: Lead and manage the CS maintenance teams, including collaboration with the Station Maintenance Team Leaders and their teams, while fostering a strong culture of performance, safety, and continuous development; Oversee cyber security maintenance activities for process control systems to ensure safe, timely, reliable, and efficient execution of work; Develop and drive strategies to maintain the integrity, modernization, and optimization of cyber security assets of Generation Business Group (GBG); Lead cyber security governance for industrial control systems in compliance with corporate standards, OT requirements, and regulatory requirements; Partner with Group IT and Cybersecurity teams to manage vulnerabilities, implement security enhancements, and respond to emerging cyber threats; Provide cyber security advisory support for GBG projects and ensure compliance with OT governance standards and documentation requirements; Monitor industry developments and emerging technologies in cyber security, and apply relevant solutions to strengthen GBG asset protection and operational resilience; Supervise subordinates and contractors, and ensure the safe and quality execution of site works; Develop medium-term and long-term plans for the CS function, including technology roadmaps, competency development, succession planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and business cases for new investments; Coordinate cyber security meetings such as CWT, CMM and CMC with Group Security and prepare related meeting materials; Drive continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to maintenance processes, practices and technologies; and Oversee CS relevant audits, health checks and maintenance processes to ensure compliance with applicable OT and cyber security standards. Requirements A recognized university degree or equivalent in Control/Electronic/Computer Engineering or Information Technologies discipline with at least 7 years relevant work experience; Possession of a professional qualification from HKIE or other recognized engineering professional bodies is preferred; Strong ability in understanding and improving business performance for power generation business; Strong data engineering skills and expertise in managing data quality challenges through stakeholder engagement and the application of different imputation approaches; Proficiency in computer networking, data acquisition and DCS control systems of modern power plant; Sound knowledge of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NERC-CIP, and the ISO 27000 series standards on Cybersecurity; Relevant cyber security certifications such as CISSP, CISP, CISA and CISM would be an advantage; Extensive knowledge of HSEQ requirements relating to maintenance and project work in the generation and construction industries; Strong hands-on contractual & commercial skills in addition to sound technical competency; Proven supervisory, interpersonal, influencing and communication skills; Fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage; and Flexible, self-driven, and adaptable to change and willing to take on challenges.
