• Actively contribute to the company’s development by engaging in internal structuring efforts, proactively identifying and seizing business opportunities, supporting business development,etc.
• Analyse European and national public policies and their developments and assess their impact on clients.
• Design public affairs, advocacy and institutional communication strategies.
• Coordinate stakeholder groups or associations, the administrative and financial management of EU organisations.
• Lead the delivery of client assignments with the support of dedicated Aliénor teams.
• Supervise and support the implementation of these strategies through activities such as organising events, coordinating institutional meetings and setting up monitoring activities and new client deliverables. Qualifications ✔️5+ years in public affairs ✔️Excellent knowledge of EU institution ✔️Strong interest in business development ✔️Strong experience in project management & team coordination skills ✔️Fluent in English
