• Assist to review safety and health performance of the company and the implementation status of Safety Management System (SMS) in accordance with the legislative requirements.
• Assist in devising in-house safety rules and regulations.
• Respond to changes in newly enforced legislation related to occupational safety & health.
• Coordinate with consultant for preparation of external audit report in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Assist in implementation and compliance with ISO 45001 system certification
• Conduct internal audit and inspection for property management projects
• Perform accident investigation and analysis,
• Participate in the Safety & Health Committee’s activities of the Company and implement its recommendations.
• Assist in organizing both in-house and subsidiary companies’ safety and health training program Required Qualification
• Register Safety Officer (RSO) preferrable
• Holder of Diploma or Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health or relevant discipline
• 2 years solid working experience in safety and health management, preferably in property management industry
• Knowledge in implementation of ISO 45001 system and environmental management an added advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese We will offer attractive compensation package to the right candidate.
