Position Overview
Goldstream is seeking an Investor Relations Manager to support investor relations activities for its listed-company and asset management businesses. The role will manage investor communications, shareholder engagement, disclosure coordination, roadshows, results events and market-feedback reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Report to the CEO directly. Build and maintain relationships with shareholders, institutional investors, analysts and other capital-market stakeholders. Coordinate investor communications and investor-relations materials, including corporate presentations, results materials, fact sheets, investor FAQs, website content and ESG materials. Support the preparation and coordination of announcements, annual and interim reports, circulars and other disclosure materials. Organise roadshows, investor meetings, analyst briefings, results presentations and related events. Monitor market developments, share-price movements, peer companies, analyst research and investor sentiment. Collect, analyse and report market feedback and investor views to senior management. Work in team with company secretarial, legal, compliance, finance, investment and external adviser teams on disclosure timing, regulatory requirements and consistency of messaging. Support investor communications for asset management products and investment strategies, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, economics, business, communications or a related discipline; Membership of the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association is an advantage. Relevant experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, asset management, financial communications or a related field; in-house IR experience at a Hong Kong-listed issuer is strongly preferred. Sound understanding of Hong Kong listed-company disclosure requirements and capital markets. Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; Cantonese and Putonghua proficiency is an advantage. Strong communication, writing, presentation, research and stakeholder-management skills. Strong attention to detail, organisation and ability to manage multiple deadlines. High standards of integrity, confidentiality and professional judgement. Eligible to work in Hong Kong.
