Key Responsibilities
1、Develop and execute out-licensing strategies for pharmaceutical products across international markets. Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with potential overseas partners, including pharmaceutical and biotech companies. 2、Lead or support the full business development process, including partner identification, initial outreach, opportunity evaluation, negotiations, due diligence, and deal execution. 3、Prepare and deliver high-quality business presentations, product pitches, and licensing proposals to international partners. 4、Work closely with R&D, clinical, regulatory, legal, finance, and commercial teams to assess and advance licensing opportunities. 5、Monitor global pharmaceutical market trends, competitive landscapes, and potential partnering opportunities. 6、Build and maintain long-term relationships with international pharmaceutical and biotech partners. Candidate Profile 1、2–3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech BD, licensing, alliance management, or related functions. 2、Experience with international business development and/or out-licensing is highly preferred. 3、Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, drug development, and the commercial aspects of innovative medicines. 4、Excellent spoken and written English, with the confidence and ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with international partners. 5、Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 6、Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions and cultures. 7、PhD/Doctoral degree is preferred, particularly in pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences, medicine, biology, chemistry, or a related field. 8、Candidates with a strong scientific background combined with commercial/business development capabilities are particularly encouraged to apply.
