We are expanding our team and looking for several Senior Researcher / Researcher to drive our technological advancements, research, knowledge transfer and commercialization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct laboratory and field-based experiments to support research and development initiatives, including food innovation, seed breeding, environmental studies, and related projects.
* Assist in the planning, design, and execution of research and development programs.
* Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental results and field data to support scientific research and product development.
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of research activities, methodologies, and findings.
* Collaborate closely with external partners, universities, and research institutions to promote knowledge exchange, strengthen partnerships, and drive technological innovation.
* Support the commercialization of research outcomes by facilitating the development of market-ready products, technologies, and solutions.
* Undertake occasional business travel to conduct fieldwork, site assessments, and experimental activities as required. Qualifications and Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Ecology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Data Science, or a related discipline.
* Prior experience in research and development is preferred, particularly in areas such as food innovation, seed breeding, environmental studies, or related fields.
* Hands-on experience in fieldwork, microbiological techniques, or molecular biology experiments is an advantage.
* Experience in environmental data analysis, statistical evaluation, or modeling is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and local farmers; fluency in Putonghua is required.
* Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities.
