Company Description TouchPoint Loyalty Management has been designing and managing loyalty, rewards, and customer engagement solutions for the hospitality industry since 2003. The company combines innovative technology with skilled professionals to help hoteliers strengthen relationships with local guests. TouchPoint enables hotel clients to gain greater ownership and influence over guest interactions and loyalty outcomes. Team members collaborate with hospitality partners to deliver measurable improvements in guest engagement and retention. Role Overview Reporting directly to the Managing Partners, the Financial Controller will oversee regional finance operations, financial reporting, corporate compliance, and internal controls across our entities (including Hong Kong and Singapore). This role combines day-to-day accounting leadership with commercial analysis, cash flow management, and strategic guidance to support regional growth.

Key Responsibilities
· Financial Reporting & Closing: Lead general ledger, month/year-end closing, multi-entity consolidations, and management reporting in compliance with HKFRS/IFRS standards.
· Commercial Analysis & Billing: Supervise client billing cycles and revenue recognition across SaaS, setup fees, and service contracts. Analyse variances and drive cost optimisation and revenue enhancement opportunities.
· Treasury & Cash Flow: Manage multi-currency accounts, foreign exchange exposures, vendor payments, and rolling cash flow forecasts to optimise working capital.
· Tax, Audit & Compliance: Direct corporate tax filings, VAT compliance, local statutory reporting, and annual external audits across Hong Kong.
· Controls & Process Improvement: Design and enforce internal financial controls, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational efficiencies.
· Payroll & HR Admin: Oversee monthly end-to-end payroll administration, eMPF submissions, and employee benefits management. Key Requirements
· Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance. CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

Experience:
5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within SaaS, hospitality technology, or agency/service industries.
· Technical

Skills:
Strong background in cloud ERP/accounting systems, multi-currency consolidations, and advanced Excel.
· Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of Hong Kong and regional tax laws, financial reporting standards, and statutory compliance.
· Soft

Skills:
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills with high integrity and commercial acumen.
· Language: Must be fluent in Cantonese and English.
