Job Description
• Coordinate service design, implementation, progress, quality assurance, and outcome evaluation across the whole project.
• Coordinate inter-agency collaboration and external liaison; establish referral and collaboration arrangements with schools, mental health services, integrated family services and other relevant organisations.
• Supervise project staff and oversee professional decision-making, crisis intervention and child safeguarding decisions in high-risk cases.
• Prepare project reports, coordinate data collection and analysis, and fulfil funder deliverables and reporting requirements.
• Support the implementation and development of services within the unit and the Association.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Work on a shift roster, including daytime, evening and late-night duties.

Kwun Tong and Sham Shui Po Requirement
• Bachelor degree in social work or above. Must be a Registered Social Worker (RSW).
• At least four years of experience in youth outreach, late-night outreach or related services; experience in supervision, project coordination or inter-agency collaboration is an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in family intervention, self-harm and emotional crises, and working with family systems.
• Strong planning, coordination, organisational, management and collaborative communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, with proficiency in office computer applications.
• Familiarity with youth digital culture and online outreach; proactive, mature, self-disciplined, responsible, motivated to learn and creative.
