- Electronics, Smart Home & Display Solutions: Smart home devices, lighting fixtures, home cinema/projectors, audio systems, and OEM/ODM display panels.
- Furniture, Interior Solutions & Decor: Commercial & residential furniture, custom interior fittings, pop-up power modules, and decorative hardware.
- Apparel, Textiles & Fashion Accessories: Ready-made garments, custom apparel lines, fabrics, and branding labels/packaging.
- Automotive Accessories, E-Bikes & Mobility: Electric bikes, mobility scooters, automotive accessories, and spare parts. Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced International Sourcing & Procurement Specialist to join our growing global team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, supplier relations, price negotiations, and quality compliance across Chinese manufacturing hubs.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and qualify suitable manufacturers and suppliers in Guangzhou, Yiwu, Shenzhen, Ningbo, and other key trade hubs across our core categories.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and production schedules to achieve optimal cost savings and lead times.
- Oversee OEM/ODM product development, sample approvals, and pre-shipment quality inspection standards.
- Coordinate closely with international logistics partners to ensure timely and compliant shipping.
- Monitor market trends, commodity price variations, and supplier performance metrics. Qualifications &
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in global procurement, international sourcing, or supply chain management.
- In-depth understanding of Chinese manufacturing ecosystems and export/import procedures.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Mandarin or Arabic is a strong advantage.
