Job Overview We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team. In this role, you will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will play an important role in maintaining smooth daily operations, ensuring product quality, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee and a variety of beverages in accordance with established standards Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner Handle daily operation, including beverage preparation, cashiering, stock replenishment, and maintaining cleanliness of the work area Maintain high standards in food & beverages, merchandise and displays Ensure food safety, hygiene, and service standards are consistently met Support the team in creating a positive, and welcoming dining experience for guests Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements The Non-Negotiables (Must-Have) Minimum 1 year of barista or relevant Food & Beverage experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to excellent customer service Friendly, proactive, passionate and a team player Good command of English and Chinese The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Have) Knowledge of specialty coffee preparation and latte art Skills are teachable, but your spirit is what truly sets you apart.
