Senior Integration Developer | Belgium

We're looking for an experienced Senior Integration Developer to strengthen the WFMIL2 team supporting the Sunrise (WFM Replacement) program. The successful candidate will contribute to the development, testing, and deployment of integrations between Salesforce Field Service and the Customer application landscape. The role requires hands-on development experience in complex enterprise environments and the ability to quickly become productive within an existing integration platform. The position requires close collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, Salesforce teams, business analysts, and backend developers.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain integration services within the WFMIL2 integration layer.
• Build and support interfaces between Salesforce Field Service and customer back-end systems.
• Develop scalable and resilient backend components using Java and Spring-based technologies.
• Implement and maintain:
• API-driven integrations
• Event-driven integrations
• Message-based communication patterns
• Analyze integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and deployment processes.
• Ensure compliance with development standards, security requirements, and operational best practices.
• Collaborate with Salesforce delivery teams to support end-to-end business processes.
• Contribute to CI/CD initiatives and continuous platform improvements. Mandatory Skills & Experience Salesforce Integration
• Proven experience integrating enterprise applications with Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Salesforce REST APIs
• Bulk APIs

• Change Data Capture (CDC)
• Experience designing and troubleshooting integrations involving Salesforce Field Service or other Salesforce Clouds.
• Ability to work closely with Salesforce functional and technical teams. Backend Development
• Extensive experience developing enterprise-grade applications in Java.
• Strong expertise in:
• Spring Boot
• Spring Framework
• RESTful APIs
• Microservices architecture
• Solid knowledge of object-oriented design and development principles. Integration Technologies
• Strong hands-on experience with Apache Camel.
• Experience implementing:
• API integrations
• Event-driven architectures
• Asynchronous messaging
• System orchestration
• Data transformation solutions
• Knowledge of integration monitoring and troubleshooting practices. Development Practices
• Daily use of Git and modern branching/merging strategies.
• Experience with GitHub and GitHub Copilot.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
