Work you'll do
Manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience
Understand the client’s business, follow sector trends and learn leading practices
Diagnose complex cross-functional alignment issues, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problems
Gather and interpret financial information to validate proposed recommendations and business cases and strengthen integration recommendations
Articulate strategic ideas, and data-backed business cases and recommendations clearly and with composure to instill confidence in team and clients
Present a cogent idea or case using clear and concise messaging, and support using appropriate data and tools
Recognize technology as a business enabler
Develop and share reusable toolkits and standardized assets that can be readily applied to future engagements

We are looking for someone with
At least 3-4 years of strategy consulting experience. With a demonstrated ability to deliver complex, cross-functional projects
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Deep industry knowledge with a solid understanding of how technology acts as enablers
Proven capabilities for team development and coaching
Proven core consulting skills including slide design, document story lining, analytics and modelling
Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities
Strong networking ability, client and team management skills
