As a Production Coordinator, you play a key role in the preparation, coordination and execution of both DreamVille and Offsite Mobility during Tomorrowland. You are responsible for the production preparation, follow-up and administrative processing of all components within both domains, with the correct translation into the operational aspect. On the one hand, you ensure that DreamVille, as a temporary city, is built perfectly and functions operationally. On the other hand, you help ensure the development and execution of all types of mobility flows so that visitors, employees, crew, suppliers and partners can move smoothly and safely. From developing and optimising infrastructure and drawing up build-up and breakdown plans to managing suppliers and logistics partners, you are the connecting force that ensures our guests have an unforgettable experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the production team, in collaboration with the different responsible persons.
• Help support the build-up and breakdown planning, contact suppliers and make agreements with them regarding this.
• Support the preparation, implementation and execution of the mobility plan in close collaboration with mobility partners, etc.
• Develop and optimise efficient and future-oriented crew and association planning.
• Act as the link between the production and operational aspects of both productions.
• Provide insight into all technical, logistical and infrastructural requirements.
• Keep documentation, workflows and production plans up to date.
• Actively look for production improvements and innovative solutions within DreamVille and overall festival mobility.
• Build and maintain a strong supplier network, including price requests, analyses and contract follow-up.
• Guide and support a varied production team during the events, with a focus on flawless operational execution.
• Administrative follow-up of files, cost management and reporting to budget owners. MUST-HAVES:
• Bachelor’s degree and initial relevant work experience in a production-focused event environment.
• Strong organisational skills, excellent planning skills and a natural problem solver.
• Eager to learn, strong communication skills and driven to continuously improve.
• A no-nonsense attitude, hands-on mentality and independent way of working.
• Very good IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of drawing software is a plus.
• Team player with perseverance and stress resistance.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch; good knowledge of French and English.
• You remain calm under pressure and work efficiently towards deadlines.
• You feel at home in a dynamic working environment with peak periods and variable workloads.
