Co-Founder & CFO | Fundraising & Capital Formation

Hong Kong | Founding Partner 🌉 Build the capital network behind the next generation of tokenized markets. SetSyn Protocol is building institutional infrastructure connecting RMB capital, tokenized real-world assets and on-chain liquidity. Our initial focus is Tokenized RMB Money Market Funds, Fixed Income and other institutional-grade assets, working with Investment Managers and financial infrastructure partners. We are now looking for the final founding partner to build the capital formation engine behind the platform. 🎯 YOUR MANDATE This is not a conventional CFO or fundraising role. You will own the path from: Institutional Relationships → Fundraising → Capital Formation → Strategic Capital Partnerships Your mandate includes:
• Lead institutional fundraising across Hong Kong and APAC.
• Build relationships with Family Offices, Private Banks, Asset Managers and Institutional Investors.
• Originate and convert institutional capital into fund commitments, strategic investments and commercial partnerships.
• Develop SetSyn’s long-term capital formation and financing strategy.
• Work with the founding team on fund economics, strategic investments, future financing and shareholder structure.
• Represent SetSyn in senior-level investor and institutional engagements. 🔥 WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT Most professionals spend their careers raising capital for someone else’s fund or platform. This is a founding-level opportunity to shape the capital side of a financial infrastructure company from 0 → 1. 💎 FOUNDING ECONOMICS Founding Equity Meaningful equity participation in the Hong Kong operating entity. Fundraising Economics Participation aligned with successfully originated capital and qualifying transactions. GP Economics Participation in management fees and performance-based carry from qualifying fund activities. Long-Term Upside Participation in the value created as SetSyn scales its institutional products and infrastructure. There is no fixed base salary at the initial stage. Economics are deliberately aligned around ownership, capital formation and long-term value creation. 👤 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a capital markets entrepreneur, not simply a career CFO. Relevant backgrounds include:
• Asset Management
• Investment Banking
• Private Equity / Hedge Funds
• Private Banking / Family Offices
• Securities / Capital Markets
• Institutional Digital Assets
• Fundraising / Fund Distribution What matters most: What have you raised? Who can you reach? Can you convert institutional relationships into capital? Can you build from 0 → 1? A strong Hong Kong / APAC institutional network is highly valued. SFC Type 1 / Type 9 experience is a strong advantage, but not mandatory. 🌏 WHY NOW Tokenization is moving beyond experimentation.
