JOB DESCRIPTION

- The Senior Test Coordinator & Test Automation Expert supports Client in the preparation, coordination and execution of test activities within both projects and agile development teams. The profile takes a pioneering role in monitoring test quality, drawing up a pragmatic test approach and coordinating test activities with business, developers and other stakeholders.
- In addition to the operational test coordination, the profile makes an active contribution to the further professionalization of the test operation by applying test automation, stimulating shift-left testing and strengthening quality control across the various test levels. The profile supports fellow testers with coaching and knowledge sharing and contributes to an efficient and risk-based testing approach within complex application and integration landscapes.
- Client LOB Data Management wishes to deploy a multidisciplinary test team to support both projects and agile development teams. The team combines expertise in test coordination, functional and technical testing, quality management, Quality Engineering and test automation.
- The team is responsible for the execution and coordination of testing activities, supports the further development of a quality-oriented and shift-left testing approach and formulates pragmatic recommendations on test processes, test levels, governance and automation.
- The team has combined experience in functional testing, integration and end-to-end testing, regression testing, release validation, API testing and CI/CD testing. In addition, the team has proven knowledge of Tricentis Tosca, Tosca architecture and best practices in enterprise test automation.
- The team works closely with business, IT, suppliers and the existing Client test organisation to further increase the quality and reliability of software deliveries. SKILLS MUST HAVE
- Demonstrable experience as a tester in an Agile/Scrum project
- Demonstrable experience as a Test Specialist
- Proven experience in software testing within complex enterprise environments
- Demonstrable experience with coaching or substantive management of testers
- Demonstrated experience with formal testing methods and techniques
- Demonstrable experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into test scenarios and test cases
- Proven experience in creating test strategies, test plans, and test approaches for complex application landscapes
- Proven experience in integration, regression and end-to-end testing
- Demonstrated experience with programmable test automation (e.g., TypeScript, WebDriver.
IO, Node.js, Cucumber, or similar)
- Demonstrable experience met requirements-Based Testing en Risk-Based Testing
- Demonstrable experience with stakeholder management between business, development and testing
- Demonstrated experience with test automation and designing or maintaining a test automation framework
- The candidate can demonstrate during an interview that he/she has the necessary communication skills and hands-on mentality
- Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2 SHOULD HAVE
- Demonstrable experience as a tester in an Agile/Scrum project
- Proven experience in writing test scenarios
- Proven experience with CI/CD integrated test automation
