as a
Business Analyst
and help deliver complex transformation programmes. Think core banking and insurance transformations, digital customer journeys, target operating model redesigns, regulatory initiatives, and much more.

What will you do?
You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and transformation, supporting clients through complex change initiatives.
- Analysing and documenting business processes, operating models, and customer journeys within FSI environments.
- Translating business needs into clear, structured business and functional requirements.
- Supporting end‑to‑end transformation initiatives (digitalisation, regulatory change, core system migrations, target operating models).
- Facilitating workshops with business stakeholders and senior management to define scope, priorities, and solutions.
- Creating high‑quality consulting deliverables such as business cases, gap analyses, and impact assessments.
- Collaborating closely with project managers, architects, developers, and testers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Acting as a trusted advisor and driving clarity and momentum in complex transformation contexts.µ Your skills & qualifications
- Fluency in English and Dutch or French
- +3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Consultant within Financial Services.
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- Understanding of banking, insurance, payments, and/or risk & compliance domains.
- Experience working on transformation or change initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and structuring skills; able to translate complexity into clear insights.
- Experience with requirements management and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery approaches.
- Proactive, client‑focused, and comfortable in consulting environments. What can you expect from us?
