Foreperson

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Foreman to join the Lesico team and support the successful delivery of our industrial, mechanical and process piping projects. What we're looking for: ✔️ Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor within industrial, mechanical or process piping projects ✔️ Strong knowledge of site operations, installation and construction activities ✔️ Ability to lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and daily activities ✔️ Strong understanding of health & safety requirements and site procedures ✔️ Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications and project documentation ✔️ Good communication, organisation and problem-solving skills ✔️ A hands-on approach with a strong focus on quality, safety and delivery
