**The Role *
* As Supply Chain & S&OP Planner, you are the engine behind our flow and supply resilience: you make sure orders get booked, produced and shipped — and that supply keeps up. You own the monthly S&OP cycle and the daily order flow, and you are the point of contact for both suppliers and customers on everything related to planning and delivery. You report to the COO. Responsibilities S&OP process (Sales & Operations Planning)
- Run the monthly S&OP cycle: demand review → supply review → reconciliation → executive review
- Translate demand and supply into a feasible day-to-day and weekly production plan per location, with OTIF (On Time In Full) as the leading KPI
- Own and maintain ERP master data (items, BOMs, lead times, stock parameters) Order management & customer contact
- Handle order intake: register, confirm and follow up customer orders from booking to shipment
- Create quotations for customers, aligned with sales, and follow them through to order
- Act as the operational point of contact for customers: communicate proactively on delivery dates, order status and any deviations
- Support the RMA (returns) process by routing return shipments and coordinating the logistics Purchasing & supplier contact
- Maintain day-to-day contact with suppliers and our EMS manufacturing partner on orders, lead times and priorities
- Place and monitor purchase orders and escalate in time on delays or allocation issues
- Track supplier performance using supplier scorecards Critical components & supply risk
- Maintain the living critical-components list and monitor lead-time, allocation and end-of-life (EOL) risk
- Translate these risks into a supply-risk index that feeds the supply review
- Contribute to dual sourcing: help qualify second sources together with PLM, R&D and the EMS partner (via the PCRP change process)
- Build strategic buffers and organise last-time-buys for components being phased out Required skills and experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent through experience
- Experience in production planning, S&OP or supply chain in a manufacturing environment
- Fluent with ERP systems and strong in Excel/data analysis; you like your master data clean
- Strong communicator: you switch easily between customers, suppliers, production and sales
- Structured, hands-on and calm under pressure; you keep the overview when priorities shift
- You work efficiently and are not afraid to embrace new tools such as AI to optimise your workflow
- Fluent in Dutch and English Extra plus points
- Experience in an electronics or high-tech manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of French Out offer
- A key role in the relaunch of a European pioneer in EV charging, with direct impact on customer satisfaction and delivery reliability
