- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT projects (application development & modernization)
- Set up and manage full project governance (stakeholders, steering committees, communication plans)
- Define and challenge business requirements with architects and stakeholders
- Build and manage project roadmaps, budgets, and detailed planning
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across legacy (mainframe/Cobol) and modern (.
NET, CRM) environments
- Monitor project performance (scope, timeline, budget, quality) and report to senior stakeholders
- Identify risks/issues proactively and drive mitigation actions What you bring
- 10+ years’ experience in IT project management (application delivery)
- Proven track record managing large projects
- Strong experience in complex and regulated industries
- Solid knowledge of Prince2 and Waterfall methodologies (Agile is a plus)
- Ability to manage complex, multi-technology environments (mainframe + modern stacks)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
