Are you a natural organiser who always thinks three steps ahead and loves making things happen? For a growing family-owned company in Sint-Gillis-Waas, we're looking for a Management & Personal Assistant who makes a real difference, both professionally and personally
Your profile
– It's all about who you are A packed schedule, a hundred things happening at once and always something that needs sorting out. Sound familiar? Some people find that stressful. You actually thrive on it As Management & Personal Assistant, you'll become a trusted right hand to management, providing both professional and personal support. But here's what really makes the difference: you don't just get things started, you make sure they're properly taken care of, right down to the smallest detail. You'll be trusted to take ownership, anticipate needs and find solutions independently, without constant reminders or follow-ups. The goal? To give management the peace of mind that when something is in your hands, it's taken care of. No two days are quite the same. And that's exactly what makes this role so interesting Your responsibilities cover two main areas. Management Support – Making things happen behind the scenes
- You manage inboxes, calendars and daily communications, ensuring everything is followed up efficiently.
- You organise and prepare meetings, appointments and discussions.
- You gather information, bring structure and create clear, practical overviews.
- You keep track of deadlines, action points and ongoing projects.
- You provide administrative and organisational support across various management responsibilities, including sales and HR.
- You liaise with colleagues, suppliers and external partners.
- You assist with the practical organisation of business trips, trade fairs, reservations and events.
- When management is away, you keep things moving. You follow up on important matters, handle what you can independently and provide a clear overview upon their return. Personal & Household Management – Making life easier Beyond business support, you'll also help keep the personal lives of the management team running smoothly. This isn't a housekeeping position. It's about coordinating, organising and taking care of practical matters that make everyday life easier.
- You coordinate external household help and manage the related planning and communication.
- You arrange home maintenance, repairs, deliveries and appointments.
- You handle practical errands and purchases for both the company and private needs.
- You manage orders, parcels, deliveries and returns.
- You organise gifts, flowers and thoughtful gestures.
- You research and coordinate private travel, appointments and reservations.
- You take care of practical arrangements involving vehicles, servicing and other everyday matters. And sometimes, something unexpected simply needs sorting out. No problem. You focus on solutions, not obstacles
