We are looking for a proactive and analytically minded Retail Performance Specialist to support a nationwide retail operator across a multi-site service network. This role sits at the crossroads of location performance, customer experience, and operational follow-up , helping the organization make smart, evidence-based decisions about where and how the network should evolve. ¢ Build and maintain a strong understanding of the network footprint : performance patterns, local context, and site-level dynamics â€
¢ Monitor network KPIs and identify trends, anomalies, recurring issues and structural performance gaps â€
¢ Combine internal data with external signals (mobility flows, retail zones, accessibility, local demand drivers) to explain performance and anticipate risks/opportunities â€
¢ Evaluate the potential of current and future sites and support decisions on openings, relocations, upgrades or discontinuations â€
¢ Prepare clear business cases (cost/benefit, profitability drivers, customer impact, operational feasibility) to support governance decisions â€
¢ Contribute to dashboards, recurring reporting and recommendations that enable consistent decision-making â€
¢ Support discussions around commercial and rental terms in collaboration with relevant stakeholders The ideal profile? : â€
¢ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with 5+ years of relevant experience in retail network performance, expansion, multi-site operations, consulting, or a comparable analytical role â€
¢ Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate numbers into clear narratives and actions â€
¢ Comfortable building structured presentations and decision-ready outputs (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, basic BI is a plus) â€
¢ Fluent in Dutch and French ; professional working knowledge of English for internal collaboration â€
