Freelance HR Business Partner

We are looking for an experienced Freelance HR Business Partner who gets energized by supporting people and organizations in motion. As a trusted sparring partner for our managers and teams, you effortlessly switch between operational HR matters and strategic challenges. You think along, challenge where needed, and help shape an HR approach that is ready for tomorrow. In doing so, you contribute not only to the growth of our people, but also to the further development of HR within VYNCKE. ## about the job As our Freelance HR Business Partner, you will:
- Guide employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to talent development, internal mobility and offboarding.
- Advise, challenge and coach managers on leadership, organizational design and talent management.
- Support leaders in navigating growth, transformation and change, while balancing business objectives with employee engagement and development.
- Strengthen leadership and people management capabilities across the organization.
- Identify opportunities to optimize, simplify and further digitalize HR processes and ways of working.
- Contribute to key HR transformation initiatives, including the further development and implementation of the Annual Review process.
- Build strong partnerships across the organization and drive HR solutions that create sustainable impact for both the business and our people. ## About you We imagine our ideal candidate would:
- Be an experienced HR professional with at least 5 to 8 years of experience, ideally in project business and capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Feel comfortable operating in an international environment where change and growth go hand in hand.
- Act as a natural sparring partner who knows how to advise, challenge and inspire managers.
- Be a pragmatic problem-solver who translates business challenges into practical HR solutions and identifies opportunities to strengthen teams and processes.
- Build strong relationships, quickly gain trust across different stakeholder groups, bring a solid understanding of HR processes and employment legislation, and work independently with a proactive mindset. ## About our offer
