Fragrance & Beauty Advisor – Duty Free Airport - Chinese speaking

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and advise an international clientele, with a particular focus on Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable fragrance and beauty products.
- Drive sales and achieve commercial targets.
- Deliver a premium and personalized customer experience.
- Ensure excellent product presentation and maintain high visual merchandising standards. ## Profile:
- Fluent in Chinese is mandatory.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within fragrance, cosmetics, beauty, or luxury retail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and a passion for luxury retail.
- Knowledge of French and/or English is considered an asset.
- You are flexible and available to work both weekdays and weekends, and you are comfortable working on a shift basis (6:00 AM–1:00 PM or 1:00 PM–8:00 PM). ##
