The role requires strong governance capabilities, stakeholder management, and experience in complex business projects within HR environments.
- Ensure full project governance and structure
- Lead and coordinate project boards
- Manage project monitoring, reporting, and KPIs
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues
- Oversee budget management
- Drive performance tracking and optimization
- Implement process improvements
- Ensure proper documentation and change control follow-up You have the following skills Mandatory:
- +10 years of experience as Project Manager
- Strong background in business/HR projects
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (written & spoken)
- Proven experience in:
- Governance & stakeholder management
- Risk & budget management
- Reporting & performance tracking Preferred:
- Experience in Human Resources
- Exposure to:
- Learning & Development
- Recruitment Soft
